Why should I charter instead of driving or airlines?
Charter aircraft increase “productivity” (considered in the 'true cost' of employee travel time.) Drive time, processing time, airline enroute time, and sitting in airline terminals all add time beyond that required for the meeting. A charter gets you to your destination on your schedule and the flight back home is ready when you are.
When should I consider my chartering options?
Chartering aircraft is the ideal form of travel for individuals that have numerous places to go with very little time to spend negotiating the hassles and schedules of commercial travel. Also, many of the M & N travelers enjoy our charter service when they are traveling with multiple people or when their destination is not a major airline hub.
Does chartering a private jet save time?
Absolutely. No more terminals to drag bags through or wait in lines in. With M & N, you have access to 5500 airports throughout the country, versus only 550 airports for commercial flights.
Where are M & N Aviations' aircraft based?
Our aircraft are conveniently located in the central U.S. (Casper, WY and Denver, CO) to ensure prompt and professional service nationwide.
What kind of aircraft do you offer?
The M & N fleet is comprised of mid-sized jets - the Challenger 300, a Hawker 800XP & 900XP, and the Pilatus PC-12s (single-engine turbo props), all of which comfortably seat 8 passengers.
If the aircraft needs to wait for a return trip, is there a stand-by charge?
With same day returns, there are no stand-by charges.
In the event that the aircraft needs to stay somewhere overnight, what are the overnight fees?
For overnight trips, M & N requires an additional $500-$800 per night.
Will there be food and beverages on the plane?
M & N offers an array of snacks, cookies, chocolates, sodas, water, and malt beverages. Catering is also available for our passengers that would like us to arrange this for them.
What about ground transportation, lodging and other arrangements at my charter destination? M & N is happy to help you with arrangements for rental cars, lodging, dining or with anything else that will make your travel experience more enjoyable. Just ask. Further, we routinely furnish the name and telephone numbers of your arrival and departure airports to ensure your arrival is met with ease.
How do I schedule a charter?
All you really need to do is call and tell us where you want to go and when you want to get there --we'll do the rest. There are only a few questions we will need answers to, to book your travel.
How far in advance do I have to call to reserve an aircraft?
We can respond on very short notice, often in less than two hours. Typically, if you contact us to reserve an aircraft two weeks in advance, we'll have ample opportunity to confirm the aircraft of your choice.
Are you available 24 hours and 7 days a week?
365 days a year, all day, every day, you can always reach a live representative who can assist you and handle your travel needs.
